The 500X8 is an eight-axis, precision servo-driven high-speed reciprocating spraying machine engineered for high-volume, high-consistency surface coating of complex workpieces. A 360° rotary tray indexes each part to any angle while the reciprocating gun carriage applies an even film across the 500 × 400 × 350 mm spraying envelope. With ±0.2 mm positioning accuracy, a 10,000-program library and industrial-grade components, the 500X8 delivers repeatable finish quality and fast changeover for automated paint and coating lines.
