Automatic Powder Coating Machine for Lock Surface Spraying in Hardware Production Line

This 500X7A seven-axis automatic spray painting machine is purpose-built for high-efficiency surface coating of locks and hardware components in an automated production line. Combining 360-degree high-speed rotary spraying with reciprocating spraying and two independently dispensing guns, it delivers uniform film thickness and complete coverage of lock bodies, face plates and hardware fittings at +/-0.05mm positioning accuracy. The dual rotating stations (T1 / T2) and rotary base (W axis) enable continuous, automated coating with a consistent, defect-free finish.

  • Seven-Axis Precision Closed-Loop Stepper Drive: X, Y, Z, R, T1, T2 and W axes work together to provide stable, repeatable coating paths with +/-0.05mm accuracy, keeping film thickness consistent across every lock body and hardware component.
  • 360-Degree High-Speed Rotary + Reciprocating Spraying: Rotary spraying combined with reciprocating motion fully covers the flat surfaces, edges and recessed details of lock bodies, eliminating blind spots and costly touch-up rework.
